They can be received as a drop from penguins and shaloxis
Fixed some shop pricing.
Removed some pointless NPC's.
Fixed some rare drops rates from bosses.
Removed barrows loot from Crystal Key Chest.
Added Shark fishing spots in Fishing Guild.
Added Skilling Shop at Skill and Fishing Guild Locations.
Added Big Fishing Net to Skilling Shop.
Added Frost Dragons to Monster Teleport.
HAVE to now be level 99 to wear SkillCapes. (
